tuna stuffed peppers!
In a bowl mix:
(You could use olive oil mayo too, instead of the mustard)
Use a sweet pepper and cut it into halfs and stuff both sides with spinach and tuna mixture and enjoy.
I also included how you can package it to take to work with you.
