One of Courtney’s Salad Recipes

One of my go to salads.

Field greens
Sweet peppers
Tuna (you can always sub this out with chicken)
Quinoa
Sunflower seeds

I used to always put croutons on my salad to add that crunch but by replacing that with quinoa and sunflower seeds you get the same crunch factor without the processed foods.

I use a homemade dressing as well that includes:

-olive oil
– balsamic vinegar
-lime juice
– cilantro
– black pepper
-garlic powder
-water

Calories: 330
Fat: 10 grams
Carbs: 26 grams
Protein: 33 grams
