Anyone out there a fan of chicken French?
The other night I made a much healthier version of this dish.
– wheat flour
– chicken breast
– olive oil
– fresh lemons
– brown rice
– ground pepper
– broccoli and cauliflower
– 2 eggs beaten
Season chicken with ground pepper, then in a large pan add olive oil and garlic and simmer.
Dip chicken in flour then in eggs and add to pan be sure to coat both sides of the breast.
Add fresh lemon juice and Cook chicken for about 5 min on each side on medium heat.
Serve over a half cup of brown rice and 1/4 cup of veggies.
